FLOW POWER

Our Flow Power yoga class takes the basic elements of a yoga flow class and adds the perfect amount of strength training to create a moderate intensity, flexibility-boosting workout like no other. Take it to recharge or relax. Either way, it’ll stretch your limits.

All levels and abilities are welcome. No yoga experience is required.

Our Flow Power yoga class focuses on movement and flexibility for 60% of the class plus 30% strength training (Forge) and 10% cardio (Flow), for the most complete workout.
