We are excited to welcome you to Formula3 Fitness. Here is how to get started with your first Forge Circuit, Fire HIIT, or Flow Power class.
CHOOSE A CLASS
Trying to build muscle? Pick a Forge Circuit class. Prefer to torch calories and get your heart racing? Choose a Fire HIIT class. Looking to increase mobility? Select our yoga-inspired Flow Power class. Whatever you’re in the mood for or whatever your goals may be, we have a class for that. And they are all included in your membership!
ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY
If it’s your first time to any of our classes, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get set up and have time for our instructor to introduce you to the equipment. All you need to bring is a towel and water.
Both of our locations have easy and convenient parking options right near our front entrances.
GIVE IT YOUR ALL
Showing up is the hardest part. Now it’s time to give it your all. Our classes are designed for everyone, no matter your level of fitness or abilities. Formula3 offers more than a place to workout. It’s a place to be supported, motivated, and engaged.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Whether you’re brand new to working out or are a seasoned fitness pro, our classes are adaptable to your fitness level. We also have a team of rockstar coaches and instructors who can help modify any move or exercise to ensure it works for you.
