Fusion TRX

Discover the perfect workout for flexibility, core strength, and mindful movement with Fusion TRX. This class alternates TRX mobility training with bodyweight and weighted activation drills to incorporate much-needed recovery into any plan without sacrificing muscle tone. This 50-minute training provides foundational strength while integrating stretch and release work.
