Our Flow yoga class takes the basic elements of a yoga flow class and adds the perfect amount of strength training to create a moderate intensity, flexibility-boosting workout like no other. Take it to recharge or relax. Either way, it’ll stretch your limits.

All levels and abilities are welcome. Yoga experience is not required.
